Experian Marketing Services needed a simulated demo to empower sales staff and bring a clearer understanding of cross-channel marketing to the consumer.
Fady was tasked to create a demo to showcase a user journey across channels.
He started by creating a fictitious online retail brand called “Sole Mate”. He planned and executed a consistent look and feel for the brand across the different channels. He then proceeded to build a story line showing a user’s journey. You can click through the slides to experience the journey.
So as you can see, this was quite a complex project to undertake. Fady needed to create and simulate all platforms and channels. You can also see the video that Fady produced to showcase the journey. You can view the video here.
